USAGE MODALITIES AND SUBSCRIPTION**\n\nBiblioteca das Rochas provides different access modalities to its platform, which may include free and\u002For paid options, each with their own resources and limitations.\n\nCurrently, paid plans (\"Premium\") are offered in the following modalities:\n\n- Monthly Plan: with billing every 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of subscription, automatically renewing each period, except for contrary manifestation by the user until 1 (one) day before expiration.\n- Annual Plan: with billing every 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) calendar days, counted from the date of contracting, also with automatic renewal under the same terms above.\n\nPaid plans (\"Premium\") provide access to exclusive features, according to the information presented in the platform modal at the time of subscription.\n\nThe modalities, characteristics, features, prices, billing methods, and conditions of each plan may be updated, altered, or discontinued at any time, at the exclusive discretion of Biblioteca das Rochas. This information will always be available on the platform's official page, with the conditions in force at the time of contracting or renewal being applied.\n\nThe contracting of any modality implies full acceptance of these Terms and the specific conditions of the chosen plan.\n\n**4.1 Billing and Payment Method**\n\n- The value of the chosen plan will be charged according to the contracted period, using the payment method indicated by the User at the time of subscription (e.g., credit card).\n- The Annual Plan may be paid in installments of up to 12 times, on a credit card, with monthly due dates from the date of contracting.\n- The Monthly Plan will be charged on a recurring basis, maintaining the same payment method chosen.\n- Promotional values and special conditions may be offered at the exclusive discretion of Biblioteca das Rochas, including for new users.\n\n**4.2 Automatic Renewal**\n\nSubscriptions to Monthly and Annual plans are automatically renewed through recurring billing in the same registered payment method, except for contrary manifestation made by the User through the platform or support, until 1 (one) day before the scheduled renewal date.\n\n**4.3 Value Adjustments**\n\nThe practiced values may be updated at the end of the contracted cycle. In case of adjustment, the new plan value will be applied to the next renewal, according to the table in force on the website at the time.\n\n**4.4 Suspension and Cancellation for Default**\n\nNon-payment will result in temporary suspension of access to the Premium Plan, with the User being responsible for regularizing the pending issue for access return. If payment is not regularized within the informed period, the account may be permanently canceled, without proportional refund of the unused period.\n\n**4.5 Cancellation, Termination, and Refund**\n\nThe User may cancel their subscription at any time through the website or contact with support.
